We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and online communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Provide product/service information and support
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
