Job Description: CRM Administrator
In this role, you'll oversee daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient client management, timely client communication, and helping the team to meet their targets. Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor that new leads and clients are managed effectively.
• Provide support and guidance to sales agents.
• Train new employees to use the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized client database for the agents.
• Monitor and Analyze traffic data.
• Other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written (You can
also add Hindi here)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel is
a must.
• Previous experience in a similar role, in the financial industry or
in Back Office / CRM departments will be considered as an
advantage
• A team player with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-
paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure in a loud
environment.
