🔹 Position: Crew Member
📍 Location: Bambalapitiya
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock display
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
• Promote offers and support store sales targets
• Ensure store safety and report any issues
• Work closely with the team for smooth daily operations
• Be punctual, responsible, and professional at all times
✅ Qualifications:
• Age between 18 – 30 years
• Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Sinhala or Tamil (basic English is a plus)
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Candidates living close to the store will be preferred
• Barista experience is an added advantage
