Key Responsibilities
• Create marketing materials for social media, web, email, and print using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Create engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Develop branding elements, brochures, flyers, banners, and property promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design graphics aligned with business goals.
• Assist in designing visuals for digital ads, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Optimize graphics for web and social media performance.
• Stay updated with design trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance visual impact.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Design or related field is a plus)
• 1+ year experience as a Graphic Designer in digital or print media
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other design tools
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
