Counter Staff (Male & Female)
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
✔️ Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
✔️ Handle billing and payment transactions when required
✔️ Assist customers with menu information and product recommendations
✔️ Ensure proper display and presentation of food and beverage items
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
✔️ Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
✔️ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
✔️ Support daily restaurant and catering operations as required
📋 Requirements
✔️ Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery, supermarket, or retail environment will be an advantage
✔️ Good communication skills in Sinhala
✔️ Basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage
✔️ Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
⭐ Additional Advantages
💻 Basic computer knowledge and POS system experience
🍽️ Previous experience in food and beverage service
🧾 Experience handling customer orders and cash transactions
