Cafe Worker

We are looking for a Cook / Sous Chef for a European cuisine restaurant in Mirissa.

We are looking for someone who can cook fast, tasty, and with high quality, works cleanly and accurately, and likes to keep the kitchen organized.

Responsibilities:

Preparing European cuisine dishes

Food preparation and kitchen prep

Controlling product availability and stock levels

Supporting daily kitchen operations

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Working hours:

Restaurant working hours: 07:30 – 16:00

Sometimes it is necessary to stay longer for food preparation

Extra hours are paid separately

Conditions:

Salary: 400 LKR per hour

Requirements:

Experience as a cook

Responsibility and attention to detail

Understanding of kitchen processes
