The ideal candidate should have experience preparing both authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and Western dishes, with a genuine passion for cooking and maintaining high food-quality standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in a hotel or similar environment

Experience preparing Sri Lankan and Western cuisine

Passion for cooking and creating quality food

Good knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety standards

Clean, organized, and responsible

Ability to work well as part of a team

Non-smoker and non-alcoholic

Reliable, hardworking, and committed

Willingness to learn and improve
