FULL TIME YOUTUBE CONTENT MANAGER & VIDEO EDITOR
Salary: LKR 100,000 per month + Performance Bonuses
We are looking for a passionate and creative full time Content Manager & Video Editor to help build a large YouTube and social media brand from the ground up.
Our content includes:
• Travel Vlogs
• Couple & Lifestyle Content
• Street Interviews
• Car Reviews
• Business & Entrepreneurship Content
• YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok & Facebook Reels
This is NOT a traditional editing job.
We are looking for someone who understands YouTube, cinematic storytelling, audience retention, social media growth, and content strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce atleast 15-20 long form videos a month
• Create multiple Shorts/Reels from each video
• Upload and schedule content across platforms
• Create engaging titles and descriptions
• Design basic thumbnails
• Organise footage and content libraries
• Monitor analytics and provide weekly reports
• Suggest content improvements and video ideas
• Work closely with the creator to help grow the channel
Requirements:
• Strong experience with professional video editing software
• Good understanding of YouTube content and trends
• Strong English comprehension
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for social media and content creation
Bonus Skills:
• Thumbnail design
• After Effects
• Motion graphics
• AI tools
• Experience managing YouTube channels
• Interest in travel, automotive, and lifestyle content
