Looking for Content Creators for a handloom factory & store & a Hotel Chain
A premium handloom showroom celebrating artisanal textiles & boutique hotel chain offering modern, family-friendly luxury with local experiences. We’re hiring a creative Content Creator on a continuous contract to build and manage content across all social platforms for both brands.
What you’ll do
- Plan and produce social-first content (Reels, TikToks, Instagram/Facebook posts, Stories, Shorts, static ads)
- Write captions, ad copy, short video scripts.
- Shoot and edit photos/videos on location (mobile + mirrorless), plus basic motion graphics and subtitling.
- Manage content calendar, repurpose assets for each platform, and coordinate with photographers/designers.
- Optimize posts for engagement and conversion; track and report KPIs weekly/monthly.
- Travel between showroom(s) and hotel properties for shoots; liaise with artisans, hotel teams and local partners.
- Maintain brand tone: luxury, modern, family-friendly, and culturally rooted.
Must-have qualifications
- 2+ years content creation for lifestyle/retail or hospitality brands.
- Strong portfolio with examples of short-form video, social campaigns, and written copy.
- Proficiency in mobile/DSLR photography, Adobe Premiere/CapCut, Canva/Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Social media best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
- Good storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable shooting on site and managing quick turnarounds.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with handloom, craft, travel or boutique hospitality brands.
- Basic knowledge of paid-ad creative specs and A/B testing.
- Local language skills for regional audiences.
