We are Authorized Distributor for Lenovo and Optoma. We have 300+ dealers. We distribute Lenovo IdeaCentre Desktops, Lenovo Monitor, Lenovo Accessories, Optoma Projectors, Optoma Smartboards etc… Further, we have our Retail Store n~tunes.
We are looking for an energetic & results driven Computer hardware technician to handle technical service and Onsite projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
• NVQ Level 4 in hardware and networking Complete
• Must Be Able to Handle Works Independently and Responsible
• Active / Quick Learner
• Desktop /Laptop / Printers Repair Knowledge
• Computer Networking, CCTV, Electronics knowledge
• Hardware & Software Knowledge
• Age between 24 – 40 years (Male/Female)
• With 2 Years Experience
• Valid Motor bike driving license Must
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling the walking customers and cooperate clients
• The candidate must speak English and Sinhala. Tamil speaking is an added advantage.
• Network and CCTV Onsite Installations
• Field Visit outside for breakdown and Warranty issue
• Install and configure hardware and software’s.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of computer issues.
• Set up computer security measures.
• Regularly update software and operating systems to ensure all systems are current and secure.
• Configure computer networks, switches and routers to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Provide maintenance services for IT software and hardware systems.
• Manage IT stationary inventory and maintain the asset control system.
• Offer technical support on-site, remotely via phone or email.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
• Provide training and guidance to users on new systems and software to ensure they are used effectively.
• Ensure all IT practices comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain Record in Ms Excel and ERP system
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Should possess a Valid bike vehicle driving license.
Working Time
Weekday : 9.00am -7.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am -3.00pm
Salary : 35000.00 to 50000.00
