Position: Commi Chef (Levels I, II & III)

Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Commi chefs to join our culinary team. Whether you're an experienced cook or just starting out, we have roles suited to your skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
●Commi I: Assist senior chefs with cooking, plating, and supervising junior staff. Handle complex food preparation tasks.
●Commi II: Support Commi I and chefs in daily kitchen operations. Prepare ingredients and cook basic dishes.
●Commi III: Perform entry-level kitchen duties such as chopping, cleaning, and assisting with food prep under supervision.
General Duties:
●Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
●Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
●Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
●Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
●Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
●Prior kitchen experience preferred (especially for Commi I & II).
●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
●Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
