Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Support smooth daily kitchen operations

• Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen (Commis III / Trainee level)

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene

• Willingness to work shifts

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Immediate joiners preferred

• දෛනික මුළුතැන්ගෙය කටයුතු නිසි ලෙස සිදු කිරීමට සහාය වීම

• ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ චෙෆ්වරුන් යටතේ කුසලතා වර්ධනය කරගැනීම

• මුළුතැන්ගෙය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 01 ක පළපුරුද්ද

• ආහාර සකස් කිරීම සහ සනීපාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ මූලික දැනුම

• ශිෆ්ට් මත සේවය කිරීමට කැමති වීම

• ඉගෙනගැනීමට උනන්දුව සහ හොඳ ආකල්පය
