💠 REQUIREMENTS | CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience:
Previous experience in kitchen production, pastry, bakery, ice cream, or gelato production is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Age:
18 – 35 years
Gender:
Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good understanding of ingredient measurements and recipe consistency.
Ability to operate kitchen and production equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES | JOB PROFILE:
Prepare gelato mixes, bases, sauces, and related ingredients according to standard recipes.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently during daily production activities.
Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and quality of all gelato products.
Ensure all production processes comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Properly store ingredients and finished products according to company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production kitchen at all times.
Follow all health and safety regulations within the production facility.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation when required.
