【~】✪ Create and issue purchase orders based on perform invoices from supplier.
【~】✪ Coordinate and follow up on the payment process to ensure to ensure timely settlements.
【~】✪ Call for quotations from local suppliers, prepare evaluation format.
【~】✪ Monitor and follow up on goods delivery timelines to ensure on-time receipt of spare parts.
【~】✪ Maintain accurate documentation related to purchase orders, payments and supplier agreements.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ A minimum of 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably handling spare parts or a similar field.
【~】✪ Basic understanding of procurement principles, vendor management, and inventory control.
【~】✪ A Higher Diploma in Management/Supply chain Management from a recognized University or related Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
【~】✪ Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) with credit passes for English and Mathematics.
【~】✪ Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Sinhala languages.
【~】✪ Competent in working on MS Office packages.
