Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Solutions Coordinator with very strong spoken and written English to handle initial client interactions and support our international sales activities.
This role starts with client communication and pre-qualification and gradually grows into Sales Operations coordination as product and process knowledge develops. Technical expertise is not required at the start — training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
> Attend and handle initial client calls and meetings (local & international)
>Understand customer requirements at a high level and ask structured questions
> Explain our products and solutions at a conceptual level (training provided)
> Coordinate follow-ups, emails, and meeting summaries
> Maintain lead and inquiry records
> Gradually take ownership of sales coordination and follow-up processes
Key Requirements
> Very strong spoken and written English (mandatory)
> Confident and professional communication style
> Comfortable speaking with international clients
> Willingness to learn technical products and business processes
> Organized, disciplined, and reliable
> Applicants with strong English skills are encouraged to apply regardless of technical or academic background.
Nice to Have
> Background in hospitality, BPO, airline, export coordination, or client services
> Experience handling customers or client communication
> Familiarity with basic office tools (email, spreadsheets)

Salary
LKR 80,000 – 130,000 (based on communication skills and experience)
