• Prepare and cook a range of Chinese-style fried rice, noodles, and side dishes.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure flavor consistency and speed.
• Handle wok cooking, protein marination, vegetable prep, and plating.
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
