Job Vacancy: Chinese Chef

We are looking for experienced and passionate Chinese Chefs and Western Chefs to join our fine dining restaurant in Wellawatte.

Chinese Chef Requirements:

• Experience in preparing Chinese rice dishes and side dishes

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high food quality

• Experience in handling both rice and side dishes preferred

Western Chef Requirements:

• Experience in preparing Western dishes such as pastas, steaks, submarines, burgers, and other fast food/fine dining items

• Good knowledge of food presentation and kitchen standards

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent food quality

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Wellawatte
