We are setting up a new BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company and are looking for an experienced and reliable professional to join as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The selected person will play a key leadership role in building the company’s operations and will be offered an **equity stake** based on contribution or investment.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage the entire BPO operation from the ground up.
• Develop client acquisition, team setup, and process strategies.
• Manage daily operations, HR coordination, and performance tracking.
• Work with the CEO to expand business growth and partnerships.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO / operations / management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Must have **own vehicle and own residence** (for operational stability).
• Ability to handle startup-level operations independently.
• Prior experience in call center or outsourcing environment is an advantage.
