Be Desi is looking for a highly experienced, trustworthy Chief Cashier to lead the cashiering operations in our busy showroom environment.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Supervise and guide the cashier team to ensure smooth daily operations
【~】✪ Check cash, card, online payments, and ensure 100% transaction accuracy
【~】✪ Verify daily cash counts, reconcile discrepancies & prepare daily/weekly reports
【~】✪ Maintain strong internal controls to prevent cash shortages
【~】✪ Manage petty cash, vouchers, refunds & POS-related issues
【~】✪ Coordinate with Finance & HR teams on cash float, deposits & documentation
【~】✪ Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cashiering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
【~】✪ Strong leadership, communication & team-handling skills
【~】✪ Excellent accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
【~】✪ Ability to manage pressure and handle high-volume transactions
【~】✪ Experience with POS systems and showroom/retail operations
【~】✪ Thorough understanding of cash management & reconciliation
