Educational Qualifications
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (minimum requirement)
• Diploma or certificate in Security Management, CCTV Operations, or IT will be an added advantage
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, and CCTV software operation)
Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role
• Prior experience in a retail showroom, mobile phone shop, or commercial environment will be preferred
• Hands-on experience in live surveillance monitoring, incident detection, and report preparation
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operation, and playback review
Key Responsibilities (Skill-based summary)
• Ability to continuously monitor CCTV cameras and identify suspicious activities
• Experience in reviewing recorded footage and preparing incident reports
• Knowledge of loss prevention and showroom security practices
• Ability to coordinate with management and security teams during incidents
• Understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols
