📌 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer billing and payments
• Support daily operations when needed
•Receive, inspect, and forward goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper filing of reports and invoices.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer orders, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout the dining experience.
✅ Requirements:
•Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
( Chinese language is added advantage)
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

✅ අවශ්යතා:
• ආහාර සේවා හෝ පාරිභෝගික සේවා ක්ෂේත්රයේ පෙර අත්දැකීම් තිබීම
• ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාවෙන් හොඳ දක්ෂතාව සහ සන්නිවේදන හැකියාව (චීන භාෂාව දන්නා නම් වාසිදායකය)
• වෘත්තීයමය, සහ පාරිභෝගික කේන්ද්රගත ආකල්පයක් තිබීම
• කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස කාර්යක්ෂමව වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි වීම
• මාරු පදනමින් වැඩ කිරීමට කැමැත්ත වීම
