We are a restaurant located in Colombo and are looking for a Cashier for immediate recruitment who will handle below work . A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate.

♦️ Job Type - Full Time
♦️ Required work experience - (1-2 years):
♦️ Required Education - Ordinary Level / Diploma
💠Attending to customer telephone calls.
💠Answering customer queries about pricing, discounts, refunds, gift cards, etc.
💠Make reservations for customers.
💠Ensure all customers feel welcomed and given responsive friendly service.
💠Taking down and managing customer orders at the counter.
💠Attending and follow up on UBER & PickMe orders.
💠Communicate with the kitchen and ensure top service levels are maintained.
💠Receive payments and handling all credit card and cash operations.
💠Cleaning & maintaining the front office table and surrounding area.
💠Issuing a bill for service rendered.
💠Collecting cash or cards from customers.
💠Assist in Serving food and beverages to customers.
💠Assist in operations in other Arabian Knight branches.
💠Any other managerial and operational task for the smooth operation of Arabian Knights.
