Call Centre Officer

Location: Colombo 07

We are looking for dynamic and responsible individuals to join our team as Call Centre Officers.

Gender: Male / Female

Age Limit: Below 28 years

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Follow company guidelines and communication standards.

Requirements

Fluent in Sinhala (speaking and understanding).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Living in Colombo or nearby areas will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.00 PM

Weekend Work: Ability to work one day during the weekend if required

Location: Ability to work at Colombo 07 office
