We are conducting Walk-in Interviews for the position of Call Center Executive.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ A diploma in Customer Service or Marketing is an added advantage, and motivated school leavers are encouraged to apply
【~】✪ Basic computer literacy
【~】✪ Prior experience in a call centre is an advantage
【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations calmly
【~】✪ Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English
【~】✪ Strong listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude
