We are looking for Call Centre Executive for a leading educational institute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding student inquiries and admissions.
• Contact prospective students from various marketing activities and qualify leads.
• Provide guidance on programs, admission requirements and application processes.
• Schedule appointments and counselling sessions for the admissions team.
• Maintain accurate records and update student database regularly.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to improve inquiry-to-registration conversion rates.
• Support recruitment campaigns, open days, education fairs and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions and pipeline status.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience in every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 01 year of experience in a call centre, tele sales, customer service or student recruitment role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and work toward monthly KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining customer or student databases.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
