Call Centre

We are a work-from-home collection call center.

This is a FULL-TIME, TARGET-BASED role.

This is NOT a customer service job.

Job Overview:

• You will contact Indian customers via phone and WhatsApp

• Customers have outstanding loans from lending apps/companies

• Your task is to follow up, push for payment or renewal, and close cases within the same day

• Daily target is case-based (not amount-based)

Languages:

• English is mandatory

• Tamil or Hindi is a strong advantage

Work Schedule:

• 6 days per week

• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

• 1 flexible weekly off day (subject to team needs)

Work Tools:

• WhatsApp, Telegram, Truecaller

• MicroSIP (call center calling system)

Salary Structure:

• Basic salary: Rs. 30,000 / 35,000 / 45,000 / 55,000

• OT Day (working on off day): Rs. 1,250 per day

• Can get daily bonus up-to: Rs. 4,000 - 5,000 per day

• High performers can earn up to Rs. 120,000 per month

• This role is performance-driven

• Consistent failure to meet targets will affect bonus and salary
