Position: Call Centre Agent (Recoveries)

Location: Rajagiriya

Requirements:

Male and Female candidates

Age below 28 years

Unmarried candidates preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to handle customers professionally

Candidates residing near Rajagiriya will be given preference

No previous experience required. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers via telephone regarding outstanding payments

Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records

Negotiate and arrange payment plans when necessary

Update customer information and recovery status

Achieve assigned recovery targets

Prepare daily call and recovery reports
