Position: CALL CENTER OFFICER E (Female/Male)

Salary: FROM LKR 33,000 – LKR 80,000 Per Month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide excellent customer service
Create and publish a minimum of 3 social media videos per day (Facebook, TikTok, Shorts).
Manage and update company social media pages regularly.
Respond to customer comments and messages when required.
Stay updated with social media trends and viral content ideas.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products and offers.
Requirements:
FEMALE/ MALE candidate
-Age between 18 to 35 years
-Good Communication skills in Sinhala and English
-Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage
-School leavers are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of CapCut, TikTok, Facebook & Instagram.
Creative mindset with good communication skills.
