We are seeking a Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues related to computer products and services. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls related to computer products, accessories, and services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on orders, provide updates, and assist with technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.
- Respond to and send emails as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of call center experience
- Proficiency in Sinhala & English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Basic literacy in computer hardware will be an advantage advantage.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Age below 24 (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Must reside within Colombo.
- Work location: Colombo 03 branch.
