
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate information regarding dental treatments, doctors, pricing, and promotions
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
Appointment Coordination
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel dental appointments
• Ensure optimal appointment flow in coordination with dentists and front-office staff
• Send appointment reminders via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp
Patient Experience & Care
• Deliver high-quality patient service aligned with Dentz Avenue Dental standards
• Manage patient complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data at all times
Sales & Conversion
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Promote dental services, treatment packages, and ongoing offers
• Achieve monthly appointment booking and conversion targets
Documentation & Reporting
• Accurately update patient records and call logs in the system
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, bookings, and follow-ups
• Support management with patient communication data when required

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent
Experience
• Previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or call center is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent spoken English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Computer literacy (CRM / appointment management systems)
• Sales-oriented mindset with patient-centric approach
