Seeking a passionate Call Center Executive at a leading IT store in Colombo!
You'll handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with in-store sales. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email messages.
* Help customers by providing information about our products, services, and special offers.
•Handle customer inquiries and solve any problems quickly or pass them to the right person if needed.
* Assist with in-store sales when required.
* Work closely with the sales team to provide the best service.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
* Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a bonus.
•Basic understanding of computers and IT products is helpful.
* Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a busy environment.
* Must live in Colombo or nearby suburbs.
