Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our system.
Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer needs.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and call handling metrics.
Requirements:
Women aged 18-34.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
