💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Construction and Building Materials industry

GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification

Any full or partial professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong public relations and relationship-building abilities

Good negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills

Identify and target potential clients within the construction and architecture sectors, including contractors, architects, and engineers

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to generate leads and secure sales opportunities

Qualify and prioritize leads to meet or exceed sales targets

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring consistent growth

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that project specifications and timelines are clearly understood

Build and strengthen relationships with key clients such as real estate companies, property developers, architects, engineers, and other industry stakeholders

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

Follow up on customer feedback to address any concerns and enhance customer experience

Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive quotations based on client project requirements, including materials, labor, and other costs

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., estimating, engineering, and production) to ensure all aspects of the quotation meet client specifications and company capabilities

Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding pricing, terms, and services offered, ensuring a clear and professional proposal is delivered
