As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our Colombo-based team and support the growth of our established Australian and New Zealand client base.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using both digital and non-digital marketing strategies
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to monitor and optimise marketing campaigns
• Upsell recruitment solutions to an existing database of 1,500+ Australian and New Zealand clients
• Develop innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and departmental targets
• Prepare, analyse, and present sales and business development reports to management
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with overseas or Western markets
• Australian market experience (working in or with Australia) will be a strong advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
• Some level of relevant tertiary education
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use modern CRM and business software
• Ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers at all organisational levels
• Comfortable working collaboratively with customer service and recruitment teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Preferred age range: 25 – 45 years (male or female)
