Colt Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd. is a well-established Sri Lankan company with over 45 years of experience in supplying printing, packaging, office automation, and industrial solutions to leading corporates, institutions, and manufacturers. We represent several internationally recognized brands and are expanding our sales team to support our growth.
Job Role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth across Sri Lanka. This opportunity is open to both new graduates looking to start a career in sales and experienced sales professionals seeking higher earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers and markets
• Promote and sell Colt’s range of products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Candidate Profile
• New graduates or experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
• Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary & Benefits
• Starting salary from Rs. 100,000/- and negotiable based on experience
