Duties & Responsibilities
* Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame
* Carry out relevant tasks towards achieving set goals / deliverables
* Create / manage / nurture / maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
* Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis
* Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
* Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times
What ikman is looking for
* 1+ years of experience in sales / business development
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* Resides in or around Colombo
