Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for natural beauty? We are expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy Business Development & Sales Executive to take our herbal products into every pharmacy, salon, and retail outlet in the region.
The Role
You won't just be selling products; you’ll be building a distribution network from the ground up. Your core focus will be:
Market Expansion: Identifying and visiting beauty shops, pharmacies, and salons to onboard them as official retail partners.
Relationship Management: Building trust with shop owners to ensure long-term B2B partnerships.
Sales Strategy: Negotiating wholesale margins, securing orders, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Financial Integrity: Handling collections and managing credit follow-ups professionally.
Brand Visibility: Ensuring our products are displayed prominently and supporting new product launches.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Previous experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmacy distribution is a huge plus.
Communication: Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to pitch with confidence.
Drive: You are self-motivated, enjoy being on the field, and are driven by sales targets.
Logistics: You must own a motorcycle with a valid license to cover your assigned territory.
