【~】✪ 🔹Ensure timely receiving, sorting, dispatching, delivery, return processing, and shipment reconciliation.
【~】✪ 🔹Monitor daily shipment volumes and ensure adequate manpower and rider capacity to manage operational requirements.
【~】✪ 🔹Ensure branches follow DEX standard operating procedures, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
【~】✪ 🔹Maintain accurate daily operational records and branch performance reports.
【~】✪ 🔹Monitor rider attendance, route allocation, productivity, delivery performance, and working hours.
【~】✪ 🔹Conduct regular rider briefings and communicate operational updates, targets, policies, and process changes.
【~】✪ 🔹Take ownership of branch-level operational KPIs and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
【~】✪ 🔹Lead and motivate branch teams and delivery riders to achieve operational targets analyzing the operational challenges and bottlenecks.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
【~】✪ 🔹1–2 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, warehouse, or operations management.
【~】✪ 🔹Experience managing delivery riders or field operations is highly preferred.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and logistics KPIs.
【~】✪ 🔹Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
【~】✪ 🔹Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
【~】✪ 🔹Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume operational environment.
【~】✪ 🔹Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
【~】✪ 🔹Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
