【~】✪ Possess a degree and/or professional qualification in Banking and finance, Sales and marketing or Credit Management which will be a definite advantage.
【~】✪ Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record.
【~】✪ Be exceptionally familiar with Leasing, Credit, Deposits and Recovery related aspects in a financial business environment and its regulatory background.
【~】✪ Have effective verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English (Sinhala is a definite advantage)
【~】✪ Be an inspirational team player with good command and administrative skills.

【~】✪ Take total responsibility for the smooth functioning of the branch whilst meeting predetermined goals: sales volumes, profits, market share and client acquisition including compliance issues within a competitive environment.
【~】✪ Motivate, inspire and lead a team of young achievers through inspirational leadership and guidance and channelling their energy into contributing towards the success of the branch.
【~】✪ Expand the customers' portfolio and branch profitability by building beneficial partnerships with individual, institutional and corporate customers.
【~】✪ Safeguard both tangible and intangible assets of the branch through efficient supervision and control.
