Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd is a growing Sri Lankan Wedding & Groom Wear brand specializing in premium traditional wedding attire, Nilame dressing services and groom styling.
As we continue to strengthen our branch operations and customer service, we are looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-focused Branch Assistant Executive to join our Kadawatha Branch.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office, Email and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Ability to handle walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, WhatsApp inquiries and online leads effectively.
- Good customer follow-up skills with the ability to support the conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Previous experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service or Showroom Operations will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to maintain customer, booking and follow-up records accurately.
- Ability to prepare and update basic operational reports.
- Responsible, well-organized and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in Sales & Customer Service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to support the Branch Manager and take responsibility for routine branch operations when required.
- Applicants residing in Kadawatha or within a convenient travelling distance will be given preference.
The Role
The selected candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Kadawatha Branch, including customer service, sales support, lead follow-up and conversion, bookings, administration and showroom operations.
