About the role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/ Bartender to join our dynamic team!
🔹 Immediate Joining
🔹 Male/Female (Age 22–50)
🔹 Previous experience in a similar role is a must
🔹 Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards
🔹Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and service area
🔹Handle customer orders promptly and courteously
🔹Operate coffee machines and equipment with proper care
🔹Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages
🔹Work effectively with the team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
🔸 Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
🔸 Good knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation
🔸 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔸 A positive attitude with a passion for coffee and customer service
🔸 Good personal grooming and hygiene standards
