Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to
company standards.
* Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café
area.
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming
atmosphere
* Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Barista or Coffee Maker preferred.
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and
latte art.
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
* Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Sinhala/Tamil is
a plus.
.* Must be punctual and reliable.
