# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
• Preparing of all menu- Day outing, Ala carte, staff meals.
• Maintain Food cost as per the budget and cost saving.
• Menu costing has to be done with Finance.
• Properly maintain kitchen equipment’s and the kitchen floor.
• Decide food verities and food items with less cost.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Bring creativity to menu planning and daily specials.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and superiors.
• culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
