• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the industrial and commercial projects sectors. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the EPC landscape, a proven track record in lead generation, and a strong focus on expanding our project portfolio. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and enhancing our market share while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors. Develop a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building to generate leads and secure contracts.
• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies that focus on portfolio expansion and revenue growth specific to these sectors. Tailor approaches to different market segments to optimize results and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including medium and large-scale organizations, government entities, and industry stakeholders. Understand their needs and deliver tailored EPC solutions that drive satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for portfolio expansion, and competitive insights. Use data to inform strategic decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Proposal & Bidding Management: Oversee the development of compelling proposals and bids that effectively showcase our capabilities, positioning us as the preferred EPC partner and enhancing our project portfolio.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Provide regular reports to senior management and use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, enhance lead conversion, and improve team performance.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 5+ years of proven sales experience in the industrial and commercial project sectors, with a
strong track record in lead generation and successfully acquiring new clients.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious goals.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical abilities to leverage data and market intelligence in strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of EPC processes, procurement strategies, and industry regulations related to commercial construction and industrial development.
