* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Requirements:

* Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in the retail/supermarket industry.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

* Good knowledge of supermarket operations and inventory management.

* G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent (additional qualifications in retail management will be an advantage).
