🔸 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Oversee daily showroom & workshop operations
✔ Production planning and operational efficiency management
✔ Coordinate tailoring, cutting, and production workflow
✔ Ensure timely completion of customer orders and deliveries
✔ Monitor inventory, fabrics, and stock movement
✔ Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
✔ Supervise staff performance and daily operations
✔ Support sales and production teams to achieve targets
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🔸 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Strong experience in the Fashion/Apparel & Lifestyle retail sector
✔ Previous experience in operations or management roles
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Understanding of fabrics and garment production processes would be an added advantage
✔ Ability to handle production planning and operational coordination efficiently
✔ Passion for fashion, teamwork, and excellence
