Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and oversee daily activities of the technical and development teams.
• Manage project delivery timelines, ensure technical documentation is up to date, and maintain high-quality system standards.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and management to align business objectives with technical execution.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide sound architectural and system solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or optimizations using computerized and automated tools.
What We’re Looking For
• A Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Even Trainees are considered.
• Proven experience in a technical lead, senior developer, or supervisory role within the tech industry.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members via phone, email, and meetings.
• Residing within or around Colombo City Limits.
