Assistant Manager - Production
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Production with Marketing Team.
• Review and approve Production Quality standards
• Monitor and review production figures & identify bottlenecks on the floor
• Maintain ISO and Organic Records Daily & Weekly
• Keep a daily recording with Production and quality
• Drive process efficiency, continuous improvement, and team capability development.
Requirements:
• 1 - 3 years of experience in factory Production
• Ability to work with factory workers and meet production targets
• Solve production problems and give quick solutions
• Ability to keep recording with standards
