Key responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Submit periodic records to regulatory bodies (EPF/ETF/PAYE) and
process payroll.
Conduct and arrange on-the-job training for staff.
Execute strategies related to talent management, HR risk management, and performance management of the unit.
Develop new policies to strengthen staff capabilities.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum requirement: High National Diploma in HRM.
More than 2 years of experience in HR and payroll.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken). Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, industrial and employee relations, general compliance, and HR-related systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to coach, communicate, and negotiate with employees at all levels.
