Rexton Service Center, a newly established vehicle service and car care provider located at Beligaha Junction, Galle, offers a wide range of services specializing in vehicle maintenance and detailing.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled professional with strong customer service and operational management abilities to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Service & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the Service Center.
• Lead and manage the service team effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with both staff and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer care and technical support.
• Handle and analyze customer complaints professionally.
• Promote and upsell service packages.
• Prepare and present service performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree or Diploma (NVQ 4/5) in Automotive Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in service operations and customer relations within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage service operations, implement process improvements, and maintain high service standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid driver license.
